The Casa Coquina Del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a family-owned Bed and Breakfast located in Titusville, Florida.
The Casa Coquina has our hearts for many reasons but we originally fell in love with the beautiful river views as well as its 1920 history and eclectic charm.
HISTORY OF THE LOCATION
For anyone curious, the Inn was first built as the Oleander Hotel in 1927 but through the years it has also operated as a jazz club and a foster home. Today, the Casa Coquina is a cozy bed and breakfast on Florida's Space Coast with many surrounding attractions and fun things to do. It is a historic inn with a unique character, and we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we enjoy ours! We look forward to greeting you soon.
OUR ACCOMMODATIONS
All of our accommodations are unique! Each suite, ranging in size from approximately 360 sq. ft to 1100 sq. ft.. Each suite features a minimum of a bedroom, sitting room, and private bath, with a few suites having two bedrooms. Our suites are uniquely named - Lighthouse, Topaz, Emerald, Opal, Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire, and Black Pearl - and each has its own layout, decor, and experience. We are a family friendly Inn.

THINGS TO DO
The Casa Coquina is known for its proximity to rocket launches from the nearby Kennedy Space Center that is only 15 minutes away. We are so very fortunate to have an incredible view of the launch pads at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral from our spacious second floor deck. We have shared many rocket launch viewing experiences with our guests and hope to share them with you in the future as well.

We are located about 1 hour away from Disney's Theme Parks and Universal Studios.
We are roughly 20 minutes away from Playalinda Beach and 30 minutes away from Cocoa Beach. At the Casa, we offer guests beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers, and more. We just ask that you return them once you are done using them so that other guests can enjoy these same perks. :)
CRUISING?
We love a good cruise vacation! Port Canaveral is a major US port that many cruise ships leave from and return to. We encourage cruisers to stay with us the night before their cruise as we offer special transportation packages for those who drive or fly in. You can always leave your car parked in our free parking lot while cruising. If you need round trip airport transportation, just call us and ask about our shuttle service!
